CRM is in our DNA. For almost 40 years we have been listening to the wishes and needs of customers. Through the efforts of our enthusiastic colleagues and the Dutch sobriety, we help customers grow. Unlike many other CRM parties, Archie has remained Dutch. For example, the development takes place in Oosthuizen and all data of the customers is stored in their own Dutch cloud environment. Of course, an on-premise solution is still possible. With Archie you always have your data and support close at hand.

We have been active in the software world since 1984!

  • 2022

    Archie is launching a new look (logo, website), matching the enthusiastic, innovative club of colleagues who are ready for the customer every day!

  • 2020

    After many years of innovative developments, Archie moves to its own premises in Oosthuizen. Diana Zwagerman will be the new general manager

  • 2010

    Archie Europe introduces its own Cloud CRM hosting. This later turned out to be a successful development that many customers still benefit from.

  • 1997

    Archie Europe becomes independent and settles in Purmerend. The focus is entirely on the development and delivery of relationship management and CRM software.

  • 1984

    Archie Europe starts developing and selling software for PCs and local networks. This results in the software product Archie for relationship management, marketing and sales support.

  • 1968

    The current Archie Europe started under the name AICA as an automation organization. Mainframes provide online services to importers, car dealers and marketing agencies.
